Winemaking:
Crushing, destemming and subsequent cooling of the crushed grapes at a temperature of 15°C for approximately ten hours. Subsequent separation of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 13°C in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation not carried out, aging in stainless steel tanks.
Sensory characteristics:
Cherry red colour, with almond aromas sensory and dog rose with a harmonious and fragrant flavour.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with first courses and second courses based on white meat and fish broth.
Alcohol: 13% Vol
