Sensory characteristics:
Of pale yellow color and bright, fresh to the nose with hints of unripe fruit and subtle herbal notes. To the palate, balanced, with good flavor.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with starters and main dishes with fish and white meats.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
