Winemaking:
Destemmed and subsequent cooling of the pressed grapes at a controlled temperature of 10°C in a reduced environment. Separation of the juice and fermentation controlled at a temperature of 15°C; malolactic fermentation is not carried out and subsequent aging on the lees for approximately six months in stainless steel tanks.
Sensory characteristics:
The wine shows a pale straw color and greenish reflections on the nose with fresh citrus notes to the nose. On the palate, balanced and robust.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with starters and main courses of fish.Serving temperature: 8-10°C
