Winemaking:
Destalking and subsequent cooling of crushed grapes at a temperature of 15°C for about ten hours, followed by separation of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 13°C in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation took place, aging in stainless steel tanks for four to six months.
Sensory characteristics:
Soft cherry red, with aromas of almond and rose hips; harmonious taste and flagrant sensations.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with pasta dishes, white meat, and fish soup.
Serving temperature: 10-14°C
Alcohol: 13,5% Vol
