Winemaking:
Crushing-destemming and subsequent cooling of the crushed grapes at a controlled temperature of 10°C in a reduced environment. Separation of the free-run must and subsequent controlled fermentation at a temperature of 15°C. Malolactic fermentation not carried out and subsequent aging on the yeasts for approximately six months in stainless steel tanks.
Sensory characteristics:
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, on the nose fresh withcitrus hints. Well-balanced on the palate and robust.
Food Pairing::
Excellent with starters and main courses of fish.
