Winemaking:
Destemmed and subsequent cooling of the pressed grapes at a controlled temperature of 10°C in a reduced environment. Separation of the juice and fermentation controlled at a temperature of 15°C; malolactic fermentation is not carried out and subsequent aging on the lees for approximately six months in stainless steel tanks.
Sensory characteristics:
The wine shows a pale straw color and greenish reflections; on the nose, fresh with citrus notes. On the palate, balanced and robust.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with starters and main courses of fish.
Serving temperature:: 8-10°C
Alcohol:: 13,5% Vol
